My goal as your therapist is to empower you and help you to help you understand the unhealthy patterns that may be contributing to your problems and holding you back. I want therapy to be a personal and powerful discovery for you and I have a strong dedication to helping you succeed. I will work with you to help you understand and think about your issues differently so you are able to make effective and positive changes.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $120. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards as forms of payment.
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, if you have a PPO, you may be able to get full or partial reimbursement for our sessions from your provider. Should you choose to use me as an out of network provider, you will be responsible for payment at the time that services are rendered. After 5-8 sessions I will create a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Some people will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company’s Member Services Department and ask them if you are eligible for reimbursement for an “out of network provider.”
I suggest meeting weekly, especially in the beginning of treatment. The number of sessions really depends on what brought you to therapy and how well you follow through with the commitment in and out of session.
